The following subscriptions are offered within the app:
Billing takes place via your App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the specified price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are handled exclusively via the App Store or Google Play account settings.
New users receive 5 free prompts to try the AI features. Continued use of the AI features after the trial requires an active subscription.
When the monthly prompt limit is reached, additional prompts can be purchased as a one-time purchase:
Additional prompts apply exclusively in the current calendar month of purchase and are not carried over to the next month. This is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewal. A maximum of 3 additional prompt purchases (= up to 60 additional prompts/month) is possible per calendar month.
You agree to use the app exclusively lawfully, to not enter unlawful, offensive, or third-party personal data without their consent, and to use the generated content exclusively for your own, non-professional advisory purposes.
Responses are generated automatically by a language model. They do not replace professional advice and do not constitute any success or income guarantee. No warranty is provided for correctness, completeness, or timeliness. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as permitted by law.
The subscription ends automatically at the end of the current period if cancelled in time. Early refunds are issued only according to the applicable App Store or Google Play policies.
We reserve the right to amend these terms in the future. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
