The app stores the texts you enter (conversation notes, reflections, questions) exclusively locally on your device. The data is accessible only to you, is not transmitted to us, not synchronized to any cloud, and not shared with third parties.
To generate mentor responses, your text input is transmitted via a secured backend to Anthropic, PBC (548 Market Street, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, of which Anthropic has been a certified participant since 2024. Processing takes place solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality. Your data is not stored or shared beyond this purpose; the content is not used for AI training.
Your explicit consent is obtained before first use of this feature. You may withdraw consent at any time under Settings → Privacy → Revoke AI Consent.
Responses are generated automatically by a language model. They do not constitute professional advice and are labelled accordingly.
On first use, a random, anonymous device identifier (UUID) is generated and stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Encrypted Shared Preferences). It is transmitted with every API request so the backend can maintain a monthly prompt quota per device. It contains no personal data and is not used for profiling.
Purchases are processed through your App Store or Google Play account. The payment service provider (Apple or Google) receives the data necessary for processing. We only receive an anonymous receipt, which our backend sends to Apple or Google for validation.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Since all text entries are stored exclusively locally on your device, you have full control at all times. Uninstalling the app fully removes your data.
